well the beginning sounded a bit bland. It has a rhythm very similar to another trance song I heard. Forgot the name. Anyway when the new pads layer on, the song starts getting cool. It never really reaches a climate though. The new pad you introduce as a solo is nice but it plays the same notes as the beginning. Besides just changing the synths which does add a constructive improvement, you also need to change the composition. This is the same stuff. I give trance songs all 10/10 diversity cause supposed to repeat, but I think you overdosed on the repeativeness. So I said my suggestion. Good song for your third attempt so keep making music. 5/5 voting and 9/10 review. Bye for now

gothic at the start

Starts almost goth like, but than really goes heavy. Hard to hear the vox but I clearly hear when you keep saying "yeah". 1st time for me hearing vox on heavy metal audio portal so that is a big originality factor. I like the background electric guitars. Is that you playing them or your buddy(s). Well made and true to the heavy metal genre. I would only suggust make the vox loud. Those professional heavy metal artists are like screaming in the mic. You seem to be whispering compared to them. So 5/5 voting and worthy of the audio portal 5. Probably should have gotton #1 spot but oh well # 2 spot is good too. Bye for now

Haha, yeah..yell into the mic. Pretty much is what I did. I just compressed the vocals to be all one volume, and kept it "tone" similar to the song..so it was more of an instrument, than intrusion.
Funny, must be your speakers..or if your media player is set up with your equalizer turned on, that will also mute them a bit.
Whole song was done by me. But there are a few other metal songs on this site with vocals. Alot of the vocals are mine, but...quickbeam, gorebastard,speedmetalmessiah, Rickbass21 etc...all have songs with vocals. Really good vocals comin from alot of others in the metal section too. (I am old and forgetful).

ska for some reason sounds so happy. Maybe it's supposed to be? Rare to see a tom tom drum. Back to the school bands. Charming song but too much of the same stuff. So add more harmonies and maybe some little kids talking in the background or something. :) Besides that it's happy. I like happy stuff so 5/5 voting and 9/10 review. Bye for now

classical..

The slow intro gives that feeling of anticipation. That's some nice violin. Are you playing it or is that an electronic violin? The low bass sound really brings out the epic feel. I like the ambience sounds you put in. I would say that the violin is the show from how loud it is compared to the rest of the stuff. Is that intentionally done? Now where could this song work in? Hmm... how bout a japanese samurai movie after a battle like "the last samurai" I heard some chimes too. What instument is that background sound? (not talking about the bass low sound but the one a lil bit higher in pitch. Dramatic song, and again a great song. Are you new to making music? Doesn't seem like it. So only suggestions is the volume balance unless you did that on purpose. Besides that a epic song. 5/5 vote and 10/10 review. This is much better than my strings classical song. Your on the right track with them classicals. Make more

Yes hippo...hmm uhh hippo.....disco yes....hippo....no. What the heck is hippo? You talking about the animal? Well I ain't thinking hippos...they crap alot in the water. Not fun too watch. I noticed some of your sounds from neckbreaker. Oh well. The tune changes, but you should have added this to neckbreaker to make that song more diverse. I think it would have fit good. So umm 5/5 cause I always give 5ives hah...WELL 99.999991% of the time. Suggestions...too much rave is bad for you...make a happy song once in a while. That's my challenge to you. Now go.

Did you list to tom fitz version? Well his is better but since you guys are doing the lil collaboration I have to say anyone that teams up with tom fitz is on the right track. So yeah good luck on this competition thingy. At least if you win you can laugh at tom fitz :) 5/5 and 8/10 cause just a loop.

Yah A FUNK song on NG. Those are soo rare along with latin, ska, brit pop, etc. Something new to my ears. I love that guitar like sound in the background. Gives the funky flavour a boost. When all the harmonies come together, they mesh very well. I like the drums and that ting ting sound. Some parts did feel lonely butoverall a 5/5 voting. 10/10 too because you are contributing to other audio portal sections besides the typical genre.

I like the part where the drums and guitar get together. The guitar is playing the same stuff though so gets a bit boring. The drums at least change a bit more. Needs some work but just a preview so that's a liable excuse. Yah your music free to us. Now I don't have to buy your album. 5/5 voting and 9/10 rev. Bye for now
