hiya

sounds a bit like code red but now with the crystal like sounds. Some nice fx like the record scribbling (that's what I call it ) Good stuff, but I don't have much to say since similar to code red. Maybe a new break beat for your next dance song could add some variety. Bye for now. 5/5 and 9/10 rev.

Sweet but depressing

You seem to be concentrating more on the sad or minor key songs now. :( no really this makes me :( What happened to your heaven like pop songs? You probably know that happy music is my favorite. Anyway, complaints aside, you made a fine classical song. This doesn't sound like a song from the baroque or romanticism era. Seems like today's style of classical. I don't know what it is, but looks like classical is moving to the more drama like style. I hear songs from many classical artists on NG and drama seems to be occuring more often. Heh. I noticed one part of the song where you stumbled a bit. Not a biggie...flows nicely. This song reminds me of music from the movie "my sassy girl". Did you ever watch it? Good one. So 5/5 voting and 9/10 review. Can you try a perky like song next? Up to you though. :) Bye for now and have fun making music.

Turning-Japanese responds:

Sorry for the late response - this wasn't really anything intentionally done. I had bits and pieces of this song here and there among my other files. I'm not nuts about it, to tell the truth.

I appreciate your review though, as always!

Yah go team nate and pulstate

I never knew dj nate made this song. Kudos to you nate! So very jumpy with some sweet fx sounds. The beat seems a bit basic but that isn't your fault pulstate since a remix. Your definately a full fledge remix artist and a very good one too. Best irish trance producer...nah. Best irish trance remix producer...now I'm seeing your future. Well done, but I noticed most trance has the fuzzy low beat. I guess that's like a signature feature for trance. Looks like from the last review..dj nate of course that you added vox. Cool but only a short 3 words. More vox!!! It's great party music, but what I was looking for is a huge buildup to get me waiting in anticipation for something really extreme. I guess the vox was not good enough to get me all excited. So 5/5 voting and 10/10. Remember our deal? You better give me your trance music for free when you officially become the next best irish trance (remix) producer. :) Bye for now and have fun remixing! and mixing.

Pulstate responds:

Thanks for your review, but i'm going to be the best trance producer also, you just wait until i get the proper gear my friend, just because i'm good at remixes means nothing. Originals are coming, and coming in big amounts.

Cheers. :)

hey

Well I haven't reviewed your music for quite some time. Digital music indeed. Not sure if my ears are decieving me but did you use a somewhat ethnic instrument? That's cool. The background sound does get a bit annoying after a while. The drums are nice. To sum things up well this song lacks diversity. Sure at least the drums change with the cymbal crashes. I already think this song is long enough. How long is the original? Did you make this song related to Naruto or completely just something you made for fun? So you heard my suggestions so 5/5 voting and 8/10 review. Bye for now and as always enjoy making music.

TheUrbanNinjaGirl responds:

this wuz made for fun

Hmm

Tell me what the heck is this march mac? Seems big since lots of ppl are posting pico loops all of which are actually quite good. Yours is another good one, but the competition looks tough. I'm a bit happy that this isn't the slow classicals that your good at. I like the perky songs more. Whoever rocky is yah good job to you too. Since just a loop I can't give you a 10 and I guess I can't complain that it is repetitive. Has the usual let's repeat 4 times in a row than shift. Everyone loves the number 4! Maybe add in the odd 3 repeats to spark something up. Not too many special effects are used which I personally like, but I think whoever is judging this march whatever thingy probably would like some crazy fx sounds. So 5/5 voting and 8/10 review. Good luck with the competition.

Where the harmonica? For a bit of the song it reminded me of mario 64 during the water levels. The addition of the drums are nice. The song is a bit atmosphery which is cool. Either you really modulated the harmonica or your thinking of the wrong instrument. I was concentrating soo much on when the familiar harmonica sound would show up that I didn't even notice the repeativeness. 2nd time through though I guess the song is repetitive. Sounds like it loops a bunch. Oh well. 5/5 voting and umm next time keep the instrument natural rather than some futuritic harmonica. Keep the real instruments authentic. Bye for now and enjoy making more music.

VegetarianMeat responds:

I know, the name has no relevance to the song, but it just sounds neat. Thanks for the review and the 5 :)

Nice!!

So happy :) Finally someone that makes a umm happy miscellaneous? Sounds a bit classical to me though. Love the little bells. I'm happy that someone else makes happy music. Too many sad depressing classicals which I don't like too much. The background is kinda repetitive, but a few changes here and there. I think you have a piano going for a bit too. This reminds me of those snes rpg game moments. I actually will download this song. I haven't downloaded a song from NG for so long and I only download the really good ones so congrats to you. I'm happy mood now. Time to study though blah. Sad mood now. 5/5 voting and 10/10 review. Bye for now and keep making them happy music cause happy music is the BEST music in the world. :)

race1 responds:

YES agreed. I make music of light.... if you notice, very few of my other songs are of a sad... or even minor or 100 percent minor tone. If you like this, also check out Passage of Lost Doors.

Ahh okay got it

Well now I know what kind of synths and pads karco likes from the previous review. Atmosphere lol. Maybe I'll go atmospheric. So great piano and lucky for you, you know how to put some crazy effect on the piano. I don't know, but the piano notes sound very familiar to a song I think I've heard before on the radio or music book. Definately the piano is the show. The background support isn't really doing much but give more atmosphery sound. I like calm music so yah! :) Hmm I probably won't ddl the song because this sounds familiar. Yeah not your fault cause I think you composed all this, but with the billions of songs done on earth we're gonna repeat someone else's rhythm by mistake. So 5/5 voting and what the heck 10/10 review. Bye for now

NightHawk22 responds:

I agree that it might sound similar to something else, but I did composed it all. thanks for the nice review though,
NightHawk22

weee :)

That lead synth sounds like mario party at the beach. Gets repetitive quite quickly. Ahh no comes the bass. Has that cool effect on it. Kinda happy song, yet also has that serious feel to it. Quite unique so originality 10/10. I'm not sure if your changing the composition of that happy sound throughout the song or if it is looping. That could have been the part that bored me. So 5/5 voting and 9/10 review. Bye for now and enjoy making more music.

tobycreed responds:

hah, "mario party at the beach" great description, thanks for reviewing.

Umm

Okay so I guess you only make jazz and classical music. Sounds like a battle raging on rather than a new king being crowned in a ceremony. Looks like your music doesn't get many reviews. It should get more. Oh okay now comes the happy part. I can see a new king being crowned. Sounds like it he would be a good king too. Those are some impressive sounds. You know how to use your music program well. My program lacks any good classical sounds and take forever to make. I think your song has a lot of emotion. Sad, suspense, happy, epic, etc. So 5/5 voting by me and 10/10 review. Great composition and you gotta tell me how you made these sounds with your music program. I hate messing around with all these dials! Bye for now.

Bosa responds:

Yes, jazz and classical is my most pro style.

With the first part of the track, I was hoping to give the listener an idea of a great hero fighting against a colosus of some sort, or some kind of battle. Then, when the fast string marcs come in, he's on horseback, raging toward his enemy. At the last second, an rrow pierces his horse, and his blade swings towards his enemy. He lives, and he is crowned king since he is a great hero and heir to the throne. Son of the current dead king.

About people not reviewing.. I can answer that. People, in this day of age, are generally lazy. There's not much more to it.
